    Yeah, last time I was there for business all the people I met with money wanted out of the State. They were in Agriculture. Between the oppressive government regulations and negative attitudes towards anything farming they were ready to move to somewhere that appreciated their industry.

    I'm still pissed that I didn't get to a hockey game for beans when I was down in CA though :mad:

    A lot of people here are becoming a lot bigger douche bags, worse daily, there are still some good people, but much harder to find. The time Staal shot the puck at him and the whole team bitched out was the most embarrassing time I ever had being a leafs fan. I hope to god phaneuf gets to go somewhere and play like he is so the rest of the hockey world gets to laugh at us for giving him away

    Yup. I think they should keep Kadri, Phanuf, Reimer (his soul is just crushed right now), Reilly, and the young guys just coming up. I'm curious about Bernier to but he will ask for too much money for showing us not much in the way of stability this summer. The rest of the team can get run over for all I care.

    What's pathetic is watching the fans in TO trash Lupul when this summer they wanted to take the C from Phanuf and give it to him. Lupul is just a sad wreck of a metrosexual who can't figure out if he wants to play hockey or do his hair each game.

    Thats how I want to see the team next year and it will be terrible but I dont care. Tank for the next few years at least but Jesus Im done with Kessel, Bozak(like him but hes way miscasted) Lupul, and Bernier. Not bad players but too mediocre to be good with
    Also trade JVR or Gardiner if you can get a good deal.
    I would never give Phaneuf away for crap. The fact the media thinks hes bad and makes most fans think hes bad is hilarious. Hes a #1-2 on a lot of teams in the league and a 2-3 on a contending one. A fucking 31 year old Boychuk just signed for 42 mil 6 per but people bitch about Dions 7 lol

    I think you'd be surprised how good that roster could be if they are motivated right and buy into a working system. Look at Calgary and Edmonton? Who really has the better roster? It all comes down to buy in, work ethic, and motivation of the players in the room.

    Some of my favorite places in CA are in the northern part of the state. Thinking of going to Big Sur again soon, went last April was amazing!
