The reason I ask is there is such thing as factory "ride height" that is already logged into the computer when they do the alignment. Sometimes the alignment technician doesn't pay attention to your tire size and assumes that the ride height is the standard factory height when in fact you may have a larger tire size which will throw your alignment off.

 

Not saying this is your problem but it certainly can contribute to it if that is the case.

 

P225/75R15 or 31x10.50R15 should be the factory tire size for your year...

 

Tire size won't affect your alignment...

Lift will.

Those specs look okay. More castor would be nice but not huge deal

 

Yeah I'm on factory size tires but lifted a couple inches. So aside from it pulling some are the #s good? Maybe the steering wheel needs to be adjusted slightly

Does SAI and Included Angle affect anything when it's not within the specs? Performance wise? Bad for wheeling? Those are the only things that are not within specs on my truck. Everything else is. I habe LR UCAs and 5100/eibach.

Nah lol. I just shop around. About sharted when I found them for cheaper. They were already a lower price + military discount + free shipping.

 

These numbers are very reasonable for a lifted truck on stock control arms. If you've got a slight pull to one side, it isn't due to the alignment IMO.

However, the steering wheel should have been set during the alignment. It involves adjusting the OTREs. Tech should have noticed that when setting the Toe. I would take it back to firestone and tell them to straighten out the wheel.

I am very happy with my custom alcans. I got exactly what I asked for. Well worth the money.

 

My dads custom alcans are great. And most of my leaf pack is Alcan and is awesome. Other truck is gonna have alcans too.

Not today, but I bought the truck to contend with snow and mud.
And well,

I pulled two people out of the mud last week! Take that, doubty-McWife!

 

Not me, got mine and within a week they were sitting negative, just about the same or worse then the OEM leafs. Then had a terrible experience with the owner.

Got part of my tundra axle swap in over the weekend. 80" track width looks cool.

 

How much of a pain was it to swap?

Are you staying 5 lug?

 

It is mostly just very time consuming. Put the axle in. Set it down to set pinion angle. Tack spring perches into place. Pull axle back out to weld up the perch. Break the leaf pack down to a single leaf to cycle suspension for shock mounting with the axle in and finally put the leaf packs back together.

Right now I have a spare tire for the front 5 lug and another for the rear 6 lug. It is a transgender truck now
