    Gents!

I know there some hateraid for for Jeeps, but imma throw it out there, see if anyone wants to go. See if we can show him how lucrative the Toyota Market can be. Lol

My commander/friend at my unit just opened up his own Jeep/truck shop in Dixon. Yes, he's focused on jeeps but he's got a shitload of connections for all parts for different makes/models. His business is starting slow, but it is picking up smoothly.
He's having a grand opening event. BBQ, band, etc at his shop on Dixon on the 21st at 10am. All day event. No pressure. I will be heading there with my wife.

    Check out:
www.thechopshopoffroad.com for more info. I think the flier is in there somewhere too.

Hell yea, If I could have afforded the price tag on those new JK's when I bought my rig, I think I would be on a Jeep forum to be honest. They already come built. But honestly, no regrets, I love my 1st Gen

I talked my wife out of a Lexus suv and into a JK. I went wheeling with a friend that had a JK and it was a lot of fun with no roof or doors. My fingers are always crossed hoping it'll last for a long time. One thing I've noticed is that there are some arrogant peeps with jeeps. Taco guys a chill and cool

the lx470 is more my style but not my wife's. She wanted a rx350 or something like that. I said either 4Runner or JK Rubi or it ain't happenin.

Check out the gx line.... It's basically a prado... I went with the LX because of how clean it was... I was also looking for a land cruiser with the front and rear locker, but couldn't have one clean enough in my price range... All I got to do is fork out the $2500 for ARB's and I am pretty much set....

Built rubicons look real good, just their reliability is crap. Got to the top of a trail last summer and there was a 2013 rubicon with a bad starter, 13k miles on the ODO. We loaded the family up and took them back down the trail.

Haahaahaa. Some of the early land cruisers had hand cranks so crap like that can't fail...

Full ome lift, nitro charger sports all 4 corners (rear shocks relocated), Dakar pack w/ AAL, 882 coils, diff drop, toytec 1" shackles, trail gear low profile front bumper, Tuff Stuff winch, bamf sliders, RAT skids, BAMF Bed Rack, Tepui Kukenam RTT, RAT rear bumper,
Tube doors... Would be fun in the summer. But the speaker thing makes it a no go for me, and I'm way too lazy to mount them somewhere else.

And yeah jeep owners can be interesting... Like that guy that was being a supreme db at slick rock last August...

It's summer time. The no music does suck, but I did order a Bluetooth amp that comes with 4 torpedo speakers.
