    The university finally finished the new gym and opened it. They have 2 lifting platforms but don't allow olympic lifts...

    What the hell is the point of having plate bumpers and a proper platform if you can't use it? Dumb. Just dumb.

    Yah guys a hero! Beetween the vest and forcing yourself to do it as a chipper it made it a killer. Ended up doing like sets of 1 on the pushups at one point haha

    My old time without the vest was like 40 minutes and the time i partisand it to 20 rounds of cindy it took like low 30s i think so totaly different workouts ha

    I did that recently. Broken into the 20 rounds. Took me at just almost an hour i think with the 25lb weight vest I believe. I'll try and find the time.

    I did Barbara tonight, that was a pain in the ass too.

    This is what was catered today at work. I put a plate on my desk just to see if I could go the whole day without indulging...coming up on hr #1 and I'm still going strong. We're going to a steakhouse tonight and I know that's not going to end well, so I'm going to at least try to eat right until then lol

    food and supplements..........how much do you estimate you spend on both per month?

    I am right around $100 every 4 days for food so $750/month and around $100 per month on supplements.

    And no I don't care if this is a dumb subject that has already been talked about.

    i only take multi, fish oil, glucosamaine, aspin and cissus for supps they are all super cheap so im guessing like 10 bucks a month, food tho, i eat a lot, probly around 100 a week, and i buy cheap and buy in bulk.
