Ah... add that to the fact that the 95-97 grille I have on my truck is pushed back more compared to the 01-04.

I really was hoping for the 95-97 grille combined with the 01-04 bumper. That would have been perfect IMO

 

Well yeah!
You gotta clean absolutely everything when you buy used. That way after 30,000 miles you can gaze proudly upon your filthy truck and think to yourself: "Wow, I earned every bit of dirt and dust in this truck through all my crazy adventures!" Also, it just doesn't feel like your own until you clean it out and start breakin' it in.

Now on the subject of toothbrush scrubbin and rear axle buffing?...
I'm afraid that's just too much anal for me.

 

Did you have to replace the master cylinder to use the Tundra kit? Also where did you get the pads? I want the EBC pads but they don't come with the kit.

 

Got the truck back again. It drives much better now. When I picked it up the tech said they flipped the caster to adjust for the toe making it pull. Kinda made sense but seems a little odd

Toe doesn't affect pull but as long as it drives better now that's all that matters.
Camber/Caster will affect pull. Camber and Toe affect tire wear.

 

Are you doing an 01-04 front end swap?
If so let me know how it goes looking to do the same with mine!!

I used this online order form to help me clarify exactly what I wanted.

How much lift I wanted, how much weight I carry and how I used my truck were all factors in determining what I wanted from a custom spring pack. Fill out the form and send it off to them. Then follow it up with a phone call to Bill Ford. He will be very clear about what he can do based on what you want.

Get a tap for the seat bolts will make cleaning the threads a breeze.

When I was reading that I was thinking did madjik make a second user name.

You're not supposed to do more then 3 or 4 pumps on those from what I remember.
