Take the riser into your local hardware store. They will have the screws. Just line them up in the hardware section.

I just realized that I met you last year at the Sierra Blanca Wildland Fire Academy. You were an instructor in one of my classes. I remembered when I saw your truck in the parking lot today.

Just got mine and installed it in about 10 minutes

I didn't cut anything of the stock mirror just tucked it up in the headliner.

Great costumer service, answered my emails really quick. Even little stuff like this goes a long way in my books

Does this work on a 2015? Their site says 2005-2014 but I'm sure someone has tried it on a 2015.

Yes, I put it on my '15 with no issues. I hooked an old iphone on a shorty ram mount and run it as a dash cam. Lots of apps out there for video looping. You can see it through the windshield.

Excellent. I believe I will be ordering one then. At this point I don't know who I dislike more. The guy that put the mirror that low or the absolute genius that decided I needed to know the temperature 50 miles away instead of where I am at that exact moment in time.

Thanks Tbird!!! I just got my mirror slider today. Took 10-15 min to install and noticed a BIG difference right away! It's so nice to go around a corner or off ramp and not have to duck to see out of the right side. One suggestion if I may, and this might be because of my 2015 with auto dimming mirror IDK but I added a thin black foam pad (the kind you would put under a chair leg so you don't scratch the floor) to the top section of the bracket (other end from the set screw). This holds it snug to the glass...no gap so when I adjust the mirror it doesn't strain on the glass. Again, your design and build quality is awesome! just a suggestion to anyone who might get a bit nervous about putting too much pressure on the mirror when adjusting it. Great product!!!

I took a chance on this mount, with the ram ball, shortly after Rich had his windshield crack. Since that time, both my much shorter girlfriend (5'3") and much taller son (6'7") have hopped in and and adjusted the mirror before I had the presence of mind to say "wait! let me...." and despite this, and having one of two smartphones (iPhone 6 and a Motorola Droid) always mounted, I've had no problems whatsoever with it. The visibility improvement and mount option combined make this the most utilized/best bang for the buck mod I've come across. Good job, Birddawg.

I followed the recommendation to adjust the "boom" prior to install, then just rotate the mirror itself while mounted. I suspect that IF the clearview mount was the culprit, this was the issue that did it. Follow the included instructions, don't over torque anything, and you should be good.

I'd recommend it to any Taco owner.

PS: I've got the rearview mirror etc, I just shoved the wiring into the headliner. done.

Ordered one.. I was trying to wait but I love my RAM X-Grip I use in my work vehicle, but I hate taking the suction cup off the windshield to use it in the Tacoma. Couple turns on the t handle and the swap will be easy.

Got mine! I have to say I'm impressed with the machine work and finishing of the part. I'll be installing it on Sunday or Monday.

My only nitpick is the screws that came with it are pretty cheesy. I went to the hardware store and picked up some blackened allen head screws for $.40 each and will be using those.

For those installing this I would also recommend blue thread locker on the threads. Don't need much but with how much vibration they will experience it is definitely better than a good idea ;)
