here are a few new pics. First one is my reciever plate I made to bolt into my bumper. The bolt pattern is the same as a winch, 4.5"x10", that way I can remove it if wanted and then simply bolt the winch securely inside the bumper. Second pic is with the winch slid in place.

I also made a bracket out of aluminum that I bolted my license plate to and can slide in to cover the cutout for the fairlead and reciever, then remove to use the hitch. Heres a pic with it in place.

Eric, takin' ya back to the top, this is one of my favorites around here for sure!! The sliders look fantastic, and the winch hanging off the front looks awesome!! Not so sure I wouldn't just lock that baby on and leave it there. Excellent work, and terrific personal touch to your ride!!!!

Thanks Ben! :D The winch actually has been locked on there for some time now as I keep using it for work. Only problem is my OME 885's arent quite stiff enough with it on there all the time IMO so I want to get some 886 springs for it.
Thanks for the compliments! Just wait another few weeks and you should see some more of my Fab work- Front bumpers getting a few touch ups, and a rear bumper is going to get started next week hopefully. I might design a new front plate bumper in the future as well. :)

Looks like the sliders have gotten used a bit:
I had some clunking going on and traced it to be from some interference between the bolts on the shifter housing and the cutout in the cab. The URD short shifter caused this. To remedy, I simply took a rubber mallet and wrench to the sheet metal and bent it back a bit at each corner to allow clearance. No more clunking since I did it last week. This is the 'before' pic to see how it was contacting. :)

Thats my friend Jeffrey's '85 yota. It has a chevy 350 swapped in it now and he's running 35/13.50/15 Toyos on some 15x10's. Im not sure of the wheel specs, but I could find out easy enough if you really wanna know. IIRC the truck has the factory leafs under the front with a few other leaves custom added for a little bit more lift and then some shackle lift also(5-6" total suspension) and a 3" body lift. It also has a trail gear(iirc) High-steer setup on it too. The rear suspension is factory leaves with a AAL, small block(2"?) and some lift shackles.

I'd love to do that! I'm in the process of buying some more tools for my garage right now. One of my friends that rents with me has a nice Miller welder in our garage already, and we've been planning on doing some small scale custom fab for people for a little extra spending money. Bumpers, sliders, some trailers, etc.

Heres one more update. I built this box for my 10" Type-R Alpine sub but never got around to carpeting it. So here it is all carpeted finally! Not bad for my first time doing carpet like this, especially considering all the complex angles and shit that the box has!(sorry for the low-res iPhone pics)
