    Damn dude, do you buy all organic?!

    I spend around $60 a week on food, about $15 every three months for creatine ($5/month), $50 a month on protein, and that's about it...so about $300 a month on food and supps. I'll occasionally buy preworkout, multi vitamins, fish oils, or bcaa's, but that's very rarely.

    Even on my bulks, I don't spend half as much as you...shit, I could throw in a test cycle and still come out cheaper! Where the hell do you shop?!

    Last week of my 12 week mass gaining program. I haven't noticed a ton of difference, except in my legs. They seem to have gotten a little bigger and quite a bit more defined. I like it.

    Foodland Farms. I dont buy all organic but I do buy leaner cuts of meat and nothing is ever frozen unless I catch fresh fish. Thats just the paradise tax I guess. That does include eating out about twice a week though. It ridiculous.

    I love a good rest week every now and then. I usually do 3-4 a year and I always come back motivated.

    My favorite pre-workouts are MusclePharm Assault and Top Secret Nutrition Pump Igniter. The ONLY protein (recovery) I use is Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey; it's been voted the best protein 10 years in a row for a reason!

    The lunk alarm is some bullshit alarm Planet Fitness uses when people lift too much weight, grunt too loud, etc.

    Planet Fitness is the Weenie Hut Jr. of the gym world.
