I need to replace my molded carpet in 2013 extended cab. Anyone know where I can get one other than the dealer?

Best price I've found for OEM is $479.00. I'm fine with an nice aftermarket kit.

I'm going to replace my carpet, and was looking for some details on "how-to." Looks basic, but was wondering how the carpet was connected under the dash.

Does the dash need to be removed? Or if anyone can point me to a "how-to," that would be great.

You could always go for the all-weather flooring option Toyota has. There was a thread on it here that had part # and such...I don't think it was as costly as a $479 OEM carpet but I could be wrong.

Only problem with all-weather flooring is the underside has foam or something so if you get it all wet underneath or submerge your Tacoma/get it wet somehow, that shit will mold. FJ owners have complained about that.

EDIT: Don't think carpet is connecting under dash...i've been in there a couple times and don't think that is the case....you will need to remove all your seats and center console assembly like shifter area and center compartment and stuff. Also take off door sill trims and driver dead petal, etc.

150-200 for used oem from salvage yards. double cabs are much easier to come by than access cabs tho.

Thanks... getting all the other stuff out is easy. Just wanted to know if it was connected to the firewall in any way.

    Thanks for all the responses.
