I have noticed a different OffRoad sticker in a few of new Tacomas. Is that a different package? Custom made??

It the sticker located on the rear panel, but it is bigger and some of those Tacomas had un-painted flaires too.

Search for "SockMonkey" - he makes custom TRD decals.

    Lots of folks have 'em.

It's the rugged trail package. It was only made in the 2008 model year and has the same options as a trd offroad plus the black fender flares, black "baja" wheels, all weather rubber trd floormats, and the decals as you noticed.
