Has there been an entune plus update since 7/14?

I'm getting ready for service and I would like to have this done too if it has been updated. I know that there has been an entune premium update, not sure about plus. Here is what I pulled from my screen but not sure this is what I need to see.

My radio did a update on its own today while driving....

 

Is yours a plus or a premium? Are you sure it wasn't an XM update, I see that on my other XM on occasion.

 

Im not sure if its plus or premium. Wasn't xm. Screen said i couldn't use any of the entune apps until the update was done.

 

If you have Navigation You Have Premium. Updates thru the Entune App which the Plus cannot.

Also, the radio im using is from a 2014.

 

I just recently swapped out my Plus for a Premium with Nav from FLTrucks and had to use the Entune acct. from my wife's 2015 Rav to do the updates and add the apps.
I can't use any of them yet as i have yet to evolve to a smart phone.

 

They added Slacker radio as a music app to the Entune system. Your Entune smartphone app should also have updated...it's what prompts the HU to update.

Hopefully they did some other fixes that weren't listed in the change log. My iOS Entune app has been having issue staying connected.

 

My Entune apps updated yesterday as well and I sure am enjoying Slacker Radio. As previously mentioned I believe this update was to the Entune Apps only and not the O/S. So to answer the OP's question does anyone know if there has been a recent Entune update?

 

Doubtful - update on itunes says "various product enhancements and bug fixes"

I just want my iphone to send texts!

Easy work around is Siri though - that works pretty well.

 

I have noticed nothing on my Entune Plus.

 

Siri would be a good option if the crappy company that I work for wasn't against Apple products and gave us these POS Nokia Lumina 928 windows phones!

 

These HUs run QNX. The OS update and adding apps are essentially the same thing. If you're referring to the underlying kernel, that'd be really hard to tell unless you could get your hands on the actual update file. Even then, I'm sure there's some serious code obfuscation going on there.

What specific functionality are you referring to when you say "Entune update"?

I've used Siri a couple of times in the Tacoma, but still have to activate it by holding the Home button on the iPhone itself.

 

I'm not sure I know what I am talking about as I am not a techie but I have read in other posts that Entune has recently upgraded to 3.2.
