I would disagree on pavement. You dont see Kawii in any large racing organizations. Even at the AMA level. There's more support in Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki than Kawii.

The 2015 R1 produces over 200 hp. Its undisclosed to exact what it is. It is to be on par on the level of the new S1000RR because BMW blew everyone away at the superbike level (including Kawi ;-) ) Yamaha has been behind on the power curve at the superbike level since 2009, so they stepped up their game. The S1000RR blows away the ZX14 and Busa's.

Yamaha is not also cheaper out of the Japanese bikes. It has the highest resale value and cost the most out of the dealer.

Again this is my opinion and based on what works out their on the competitive level. Support for certain brands is another. Theres many reason's why teams switch to Yamaha, or go with Suzuki or Honda. Rarely do you hear it about Kawi.

I'm not trying to start a pissin match. Take it for what it is. For my use, I have never been able to outride my bikes.

It hasn't changed much other than minor tweaks, but the M1 is based on it. You hardly ever hear about engine failures when they wring em like they do. Competitively it then becomes how reliable it is and what the rider can do.

I don't wanna start a pissin' match. To each their own.

As long as you don't ride Honda.

    Gonna post this here too

Ok so after bringing the truck back to firestone a 2nd time it still drives like crap.. not unbearable but definitely not good. The numbers are good and is better after the 2nd time. It is still pulling slightly to the left and just doesn't feel quite right.

    20150321_012758_zpscrxfgem5_44257a85128831cef72bac21738f152010f03a93.jpg

I got the alignment done after changing my steering rack, when i brought it in the first time they said the tire rod ends (new as well) lock nuts weren't tight. I did not crank them down because i had less than a mile to drive to firestone and figured it would make it easier for them to align.

The only thing i can think of its that they didn't adjust the tire rod ends so that's throwing everything off??

It drove great before i changed the rack and tie rod ends. This is driving me crazy but luckily is spring break so i can deal with it and not be SOL. If anybody has any input I'd love to hear it
