I get what the relay does, but is the wires run to it then run to a toggle?

What do you mean "toggle" like a switch?

I have 3 lights, each one on a different switch. The way I wired it was one switch per relay:

Amazon. Found everything I wanted from blue seas website and then searched for them on Amazon.

It's part of the wire harness for my light bar. Yes it does run to a switch inside my cab.

Oh, so it's not a relay? Just a harness? Or is it a harness plugged in to a relay?

Can the light be mounted this way and fit behind the bars that are in the lower valence? I've seen a lot that have the bars cut out but I was thinking about kinda hiding it behind the bars. Does this even make sense? Thanks for the help.

How hot does the LED light bar housing get? hot enough to melt the front bumper if part of it is touching? I too would like to place it in the same location but have to address that first..

Are you talking about having it behind the lower valence and leaving the grilles? Like so

I don't think it get that hot, but again, I don't leave mine on for a long period of time. Curious as well.

You'll mount it using the existing hard wards the bar comes with. Just bolt it into the crash beam

I haven't left mine on long enough for it to get that hot.

Anyone have a diagram for wiring a OTRATTW switch into the cabin instead of the provided rocker? Just got my bar today so I'll be doing the same install as OP but with a different switch.

    Model number?

Depending on what harness you got and how it's wired, it's easy. I know I had to modify Avec's wire harness to make it work for my OTRATTW switch.

I don't remember what wire was what, but one wire was jumped with the positive wire. The switch and light bar will still work if the truck is off, which is something I did not want.
