Looks as if he has it lifted up slightly to allow those wires to go in the right front edge to charge something or power something up.

Goodyear Wrangler TrailMark 31's. F.B's 2.75" spacer, TRD rear shocks, stub antenna, ripped out charcoal filter added AFE dry, Chrome grille, upgraded to SR5 sun visors, variable wipers, backup camera, HID DDM 35w 5000kv, ebay fogs w/yellow LEDs.
Upgraded my 5 luger week with SR5 sun visors (has extenders), installed 5000kv DDM HID 35w Kit, ebay fog lights with harness and switch and dropped in the AFE Dry filter:)
Next i got dual port usb charger, for a punch out next to the OEM usb/aux, in the mail.
And I want a 1-2 inch lift for the front but finding I'll have to make my own small 1.75" spacer.
I found this on ebay does any 5 lugger have experience with these 2" spacers?

Haven't been on here much today as I'm getting ready for a long trip. But I got my wheels balanced to see if it'd fix my steering wheel shake... Helped a little.
Tomorrow I start my journey to Oregon. Anyone on major highways can keep an eye out for me and honk if you see me!

A while back I'd mentioned the TSS edition had new rims and someone asked me for a picture. Well here's a picture for whoever that was. Haha

This is awesome. So much want. But I have a tonneau cover too.

How are you going to mount it and secure in bed?

    Some stuff...
Another multi-project busy day workin on the Beast. Finished the FINAL cuts on the cab mount and made a template for the replacement pieces using cardboard. I initially started with an angle grinder which worked, but was slow going. I then tried the pneumatic cutting wheel which was the same, slow. So I thought about busting out the plasma cutter but was afraid of the extreme heat and fire/melting factor in the wheel well, so I settled on the reciprocal saw with metal cutting blade which worked like a champ! Hit it with the angle grinder afterwards cleaning up the cuts and it's good-to-go.

Next week I'll scan in the cardboard cutouts on the laser plasma cutting machine, cut the fill pieces, mig weld them in place, then hit it with a zinc based paint and finally a flat black enamel for the finish.

Pounded the pinch welds yesterday as seen above, as well as cut back the fender a bit. I only notched the stock fender flares because they're being replaced with Bushwackers that have been sitting collecting dust.

    AND

Mounted the el cheapo license plate lights (will be replaced down the road but for now I just want to get the bitch on) onto my newly powder coated with Prismatic Powders Flatter Black All Pro rear bumper and mounted it. One word of caution on the Prismatic Flatter Black - this is an awesome color and texture of flat black, but it is NOT UV resistant FYI.

And yes, I mounted this 130lb beast entirely by myself and with no help. That is if you don't consider having a pneumatic auto lift "help". :D
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

In the above pics you can see how I used the lift to position the drivers side after securing the passengers side.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Dunno why in the pics the side protectors look flatter than the main bumper, but I PC'd & baked everything the same although on separate days. I think it was the light, flash or angle. If it does turn out to be different in the sunlight, I'll drop the whole bumper, shoot it and bake it as one piece.

Next up will be trimming and mounting my Bushwacker pocket fender flares. :bananadance:

Thanks! I have some existing holes where my toolbox was so I'm going to drill through the bed rail part of the headache rack. I'm also going to run some strips of metal to the bed itself and bolt it down there. I think it'll be pretty sturdy.

Nice! Post up the finished product and what lights and stuff you put on. Looks like it'll be cool.
