Is there a write up on the auxiliary port? I need to do something similar because I am tired of taking out the stereo to replace a cord that has stopped working because the end near the ipod has been mess with too much.

I attached the ground to the antenna and am currently working on figuring out making the music one way.

Yeah. If you could, i would add a port to one of the ends by cutting and soldering one on. Mounting a port makes a cleaner look and allows the cord to break away. Having a reg cab bench seat people tend to yank on the cord >_<

Its mainly finding a fender and matching the paint. The rest is a heat gun and lights which are pretty plentiful.
