    stock, for now
buy 2 of those weighted vests, at 100 lbs each(if they make 'em) and then you will have 11 lbs to spare compared to the dummy.

also try some ankle weights...the ones in the neoprene straps are the best...i got two of those at 20 pounds each and wore them around basically all the time except when i was at work....i got so used to them after about 2 months that when i took them off my mile running times decreased by about a minute...it was AWESOME....it makes you feel like you could leap a tall building in a single bound ;)

haha i hear ya there man...i used the be 5 10 and only weigh 110 pounds and i wanted to start training to get into the coast guard academy...i had 6 months before my physical exams...i trained basically nonstop for those months...i had a daily calorie intake of about 8000...i still went to work full time and college part time...i basically worked, school, work out, eat, and sleep...in those 6 months went from 110 to 145...i put on 35 pounds of muscle...it was an amazing transformations...and i did most of it at home using free weights and my own weight with a lost of resistance training and push ups sit up handstand push ups against a wall...its amazing how much you can get done with just your body...i passed their exams with flying colours!!! needless to say i then decided that the coast gaurd wasnt for me haha. but the fact remains that if you want it that bad...you can do it!

Best thing to do for cpat is jog everyday and stretch good about 30 mins before you do it. The cpat is about endurance not strength, get plenty of sleep too.
