I could be down but i live all the way in NOVA. so its a hike for me to get anywhere in the southern part of the state. Plus school and work take up a lot of my free time. but if anyone is up near nova i could be down to hang

Glad it worked out for you! I had to hit mine up with a bit of rustoleum before putting it on there but it's worked like a champ.:cookiemonster:

Newport News Park is pretty decent and last I checked they had Canoes and those 4 seater paddle boats too.

Haha! But recommended unless you have a neck brace :spy:

Thanks, will look into it. Wife has the "camping bug" but I think it will be cured on the first trip...

    What have I started?

Good luck! You doing custom headers or going with the "tried and shit" Cx headers? I still have my monster Cx intercooler, just some scratches from fit testing. It can be yours for $50 if you wants.

Yeah, I grew up in Yorktown and did lots of Newport News camping with the b-scouts growing up. No fond memories. It is close to my parents house so as to offer my wife a place to retreat after the first night :p

Mine might be worn out soon. If you have them later on I might take them if I don't buy my lift soon :anonymous:

So the app says I can cruise around town with a loaded pistol in the truck in a "secure compartment" but doesn't need to be locked... Example is a glove box

What about long arm guns? Like the AR I might be buying? Granted Ill most likely keep it in a case unloaded but is that allowed to be loaded and in the case? Only question I have thats not covered.

It is your responsibility to know the laws. Do not trust an app to provide that info, it could have changed.
Also, If you're living on base, you've got those laws to consider when transporting & storing firearms.

I provided you a link to the Virginia State Police web page several weeks ago... good starting point and it will link you to all Virginia gun laws.

Guns can't even come through the gate lol. Unless I am bringing it underway... Ill just play it safe and keep it unloaded and in a case and the ammo in the bed of the truck gun in the cab
