Ordered a new rear leaf setup, updated original post. Icon AAL ended up sagging under a full bedload.

If anybody can validate the following setup I'd be extremely appreciative!

    All-Pro Expedition Leaf Springs
U-bolt Flip Kit with Timbren Bumpstops
    ATO Shackle Flip
Icon 5-7505 Rear Shocks with Remote Resis, stock shock mount location
    Extended brake lines (24”)

Rear shock collapsed length is 15.9" and extended 26.4", for 10.5" of travel.

Anybody know what the leaf springs above would extend to at full droop, with the shackle flip?

Also, would driveline vibes be an issue?

Getting a headache, will report back once everything's installed (3-4+ weeks out) and I've done some testing.

I've been through this a ton. They will extend to 26.4 inches with those shocks. Not worth the detrimental effects of shackle flip without at least going to a 12" shock. I'm going with Chevy 63s, big ass extended brake lines, and 12 shocks with a BAMF shock relocation. You have to move the upper shock mount up so you can use all the travel without bottoming out your Shocks.

I have the same configuration and color that I bought at Toyota of Orange in Sept. Haven't done much to her though. Taken her off road a couple of times to some of the comm sites we work at up on the ridgelines, way fun! :D

Took a trip up north to visit Jerry at BAMF. Great guy, will definitely be back for some Rotopax gear and a RTT.

Damn, it is looking better and better every time! Out of curiosity how bad did your mileage take a hit after the lift and tires. I know it is something I cant avoid, but wondering a rough estimate.

Well if you're running the Dungflops then your mileage isn't accurate at all. Where I was getting 20-22 mpg on those things, the speedometer and odometer were off by a good margin so that obviously invalidates the figure. If I had to venture a guess, I was actually getting 19 mpg.

With the heavy OEM steelies and Cooper S/T Maxx, my mileage dropped to roughly 14-15 MPG. However, I'm running 18.9lb Konig Countersteer Offroads now and I'm getting 17-18 MPG.

Mind you, I'm no longer trying to get up to speed as quickly as I can. I'm easily the last one off the line at every stoplight. Did you know we have the worst power to weight ratio of all vehicles in Toyota's lineup?

Yea I have heard that the prius' can smoke us lol. How is the mileage off with the stock tires? And as far as stock steelies I may have to re think my original rim plan then. I was going to go all four spares but they are probably just as heavy as the stock steelies. The Coopers are nice, but they are heavy, no?

The dungflops are 245/75 but the correct size should be 265/75.

Thats a 3.9% difference according to the TW tire calculator, which overestimates speed and distance traveled, and translates to falsely increased mpg.

Yep! It's handling all the weight fairly well. I'm only adding more, too!

Bumpers go on sometime in the next couple months.

That's awesome! I am definitely jealous of your build! I want to start my truck but trying to pay more of it off before I do things to it.

No, my truck came with 245's, but the speedometer and odometer were off when I was comparing with my GPS. It wasn't until I went to 265/75's that they were accurate.
