Check this mod out. I think it's better than the 400w outlet mod.

Yeah i like that mod. Definitely adding it to the list.

 

I like it. Simple and easy. I'd run it off an aux fuse block instead and just have a power switch involved. But I dislike Add-A-Fuses.

The 400 any time mod still has its advantages. Like if you wanted to charge a laptop or other AC items the 400 anytime mod is better IMO. If you just want phone chargers...this mod is great!

Ill probably end up doing both

 

Well that makes me feel better! Not gonna get to crazy mostly camping and checking the scenery with the family and some buddies. How long you gone for?

Called around and nobody wanted to offer me a trade-in credit. However the tech i talked to at Toyota of Auburn offered me 300$ for all 4 tires. which i'm gonna do. saves me the hassle of having to leave the tires with the parents while i'm on the road. and i probably wouldn't get much more from craigslist. more good news, the local Discount tire said they have the BFG A/T TA KO2 in a 265/75R16 size as a "pull off". some guy bought them and put them on his truck and 2 weeks later decided he didn't like them. so now DT is selling them to me as a used tire but warranted them as new. And they knocked 50% off each tire. talk about right place right time. The thing i'm nervous about is the current stock size is 265/70R16. whereas the new tires are 265/75R16, so about 1.4" bigger, and i've not lifted the tacoma... yet. so hopefully there's no rubbing

You'll be fine. Lots of people run that without lift

X2 I ran that size stock with toyo mt's and never rubbed. Do you have stock or aftermarket wheels?

Fucking rear ended a car. Traffic was slowing down and I glanced right to check on cars merging from off ramp since I was in the right lane trying to exit freeway. Apparently that was the wrong moment to glace over.

No thanks though wife is on the way. Cops left. Tow truck is coming. Fearing the worst for the rig now that I know nobody got hurt.
