Sweet. I'm 100% there in June after Moab so you will at least have it then. Not a lot of manuals around.

15 mpg today on my 4th full tank. Have been averaging 15 mpg since install. Was getting 13-14 before. It's hard to attribute it to the EB because it's getting warmer so less warmup time in driveway and warmer driving Temps. Jury is still out for me.

Just got my Eco Block in the mail and installed it right away. Started it up to confirm no CEL but wont get a chance to do much testing today. Silly work always getting in the way of truck stuff.

Installed mine today. Shit did not rain from the sky,:crapstorm: nor did my truck explode.

It does idle smoother and it defiantly takes less right foot to get it going and keep it there. If the EB does nothing else, I'd say the improvement in driveability alone was worth the $40.

This was my first impression too. So much easier to go get the truck rolling with big heavy wheels and tires.

Well, I spent yesterday verifying the calibration on my Ultra Gauge. My odometer is slow, 14.0 miles on the odometer is actually 14.36 miles on the Ultra Gauge. I drove out west and verified the calibration on the Ultra Gauge is correct. I tested both mileage and speed over the course of a 180 mile trip.

I used the Ultra Gauge mileage and verified at fill up that the consumption and mpg are correct using their method to calibrate it.

So, I am scrapping everything up to this point and starting fresh with a new log. The mpg would actually reflect an uptick in actual mpgs versus my previous reported numbers.

I will report back in another 1000 miles with the correct numbers. I was getting skewed results using the factory odometer.

I am still happy to report I averaged over 20.5mpg round trip using the Ultra Gauge numbers.

Ever thought of using a free GPS app to verify everything on your gauges? That's how I lined up my speedo calibrator and scan gauge. Everything is all lined up now and it didn't take 180 miles to do it.

How did you verify the mileage difference? Had you changed the 1:1 calibration in the UG before this? The reason I asked is because I just calibrated mine Friday, and it was off as well but according to UG, as long as the ratio is set at 1:1 in the UG, they get their data from the exact same place. Just curious to know how there was a difference.

Is there an ETA? If it will be a while I might just try to make one myself using a 3d printer.

This is basically just a plastic or aluminum spacer with (an o-ring) to seal it correct?

I used the road mileage markers, 83 miles each direction and both of my Garmin GPS units, one handheld and one in a cradle.

I had calibrated it when I received it and when I would take long trips, 360+ miles, to the hunting lease, so I was fairly certain it was correct. I calibrate the fuel quantity everytime I fill up at the same station and it is always within a few hundredths of being correct.

I had forgotten the odometer was that far off, since the speedometer was slow, I always used it instead of the Ultra Gauge, that way I would never get a ticket.

I also didn't have an mileage tripometer or speedometer programmed on the same page as the SRT MPG, AVG MPG and SRT Mileage, but I changed that this morning.

I had to go to the lease anyhow. The further you drive the less chance of error in the calibration.

I calibrated mine over a 500 mile trip this weekend. It was actually a pretty substantial change. Prior to calibration, it was showing 20+ average. Now it is 19.0-19.3 depending on terrain. Guess I am going to bite the bullet and order one of these guys to see what it does. Seems like it can't hurt.

Been sub'd to this thread since the beginning and decided to bite. Ordered mine last week for my 2015 DCLB. Arrived and installed today. Took about 2 mins to install the Q1 and maybe 15 to trim the engine cover with a Dremel. Been keeping mileage logs since I purchased the truck in January. Avg. 17.9 mpg with just over 4000 miles on her. Drove her around the block and throttle response seems more responsive, idle is definitely smoother. Time will tell.

Ok so 5 Tanks of Fuel later.. Still getting 20.1MPG instead of the 18.3MPG i was getting, Now this is combined mountain Driving/highway/town. I made a Trip up parkway to Tenn. Last weekend, and 3 trips to Highlands NC. so if you know anything about those roads they are pretty much Straight up. Highway i drive usually 65-70MPH and its hilly in this area so not really a flat surface so RPM's do change a bit. I have a feeling i would get better if i was in the flatlands but i also know that in FLA there are areas that if your not doing 80MPH + you get run over..

Still worth the money in my opinion. 1.8MPG better * 21Gallon Tank=37.8 Miles better/tank

    And at $2.19/Gallon= $4.12 in savings/tank *5 Tanks of fuel so far=$20.50

Which still puts me in the Hole but not for long
