I like Sam Adams ok. Boston Lager's an old friend, and I really do like their Cream Stout. They've gotten overpriced in the last few years, though. I used to be able to buy a sixer for $7 and a 12 pack for $13. Now it's $10 for a six pack and $16 for 12.

I'd love to try that grapefruit sculpin.

One of my top 3 favorite beers is Ten Barrels Apocalypse IPA!!! Amazing stuff. It has the grapefruit citrus notes.

There's a store near me that has something spicy. I just can't remember what it was called. I always try to finish a beer, even if I'm not a fan of it. The only time I couldn't was when Budweiser had that energy beer. One sip and down the drain it went.

Have any of you had the Chili Devil serrano pepper beer? It has a pepper floating in it.. Not bad but definitely not my first choice. I love spicy things but spicy beer was just odd.

First time ever actually drinking this.. Not overly thrilled with it. I love pretty much anything dogfish but this is a little of a disappointment. It's like a blue moon minus the wheat but with a little more flavor.

I'm actually alright with Namaste for a session beer during the summer. The only Dogfish to date that I truly dislike is Midas Touch.:puke:

I could see that. Just not what I was expecting I guess. lol and I don't know why but I find that surprising. I actually really like Midas Touch (I've also not had it in a few years so my palate may have changed).

The first time I got it i didn't finish 1/4 of the bottle. Bought a 4 pack to try it again later, took a sip or two and dumped them all. It reminds me of bonging High Life when I was a kid. *Shivers

Had that the other night. I didn't think it tasted that much like grapefruit though.

Hm. I've only had to do that with one beer ever, and I don't even remember the name of it. I think I subconciously blocked it from my mind because it was so bad. haha

The more I drink of this Namaste the more it loses flavor. I still haven't gotten through this one. haha I think I'll have to pass on it in the future unless im spending all day outside during the summer. I could see it being a good refresher on a hot day.

Is it (not) grapefruity like Fresca? lol I saw some the other day and was temped but went with the build your own 6-pack instead.

"Calyptra is a creation from our Hopstitution series. This hoppy lager is brewed with two intense and aromatic hops, Calypso and Citra. It's an easy drinking brew that balances dominating fruity, citrusy and tropical aromas with a seasonable malt body."
