I'd agree with that. I even recomend OME over them. But the real problem is is most people are cheap to begin with haha

The real best option is a real true rebuild able coilover. Always say get those first. My double cab will be. No fucking around with billies or ome.

Yay no you can sit and look at it...for the next three years.

    Get King/ads/icon/fox/saw if you can.

    Otherwise. OME.

    Still too expensive?

    Fine..

    5100s

Super cheap bastard and also mentally unstable?

    Spacers

LOVE LCE, great company. I thought my thousand dollar clutch was expensive?!?!?Now what did you buy that was that much?????

No comparison in my book. My dealership sells ome to our customers. Rides great, supports weight well and longevity is awesome.

This. My Tundra 5100s have lasted... 3 years(?) without any problems and I've done my share of real wheeling. That being said, I run them with the Toytec Build-your-own-coilover setup and I'm not preloading them. If you preload your springs, the frequency going to the shock will go up. (and impact loads) I wonder if this has anything to do with the 5100 failures... Just a thought.

I will definitely be switching to OME once my Billy's go bad. until then, ehhh. 1 year with my lift and no problems

I should have listened to Boxrocket when he recommended the OME lift tho. Do it right the first time!

I went with OME because I thought it was cheaper lol maybe I didn't look hard enough. I have no complaints over 10k miles Just added a bumper so I'm looking to upgrade to 883s very soon and hopefully some dakars. I don't even think the current 881's ride to bad with the weight. I lost the lift they used to provide but its road manners are fine. I'll probably notice off road when dropping over rock and such though.

Was super easy man. The hardest part was prepping it for paint cause I used a black gm color and sprayed it with a gun. It definantly turned out a lot better than I thought it would I'll post a picture tomorrow when it's on

Yes someone donated me one to try it out cause he's wanting me to make him one. You just cut the center out and leave the shell and then drill 1 hole on each side and 2 on the top and it bolts right up

Stage 2 cams, stage 5 master valve train kit, brass valve guides and valve seats, adjustable cam gear etc... the machining work/labor for the larger 35mm cam buckets, valve seats and fitting/installation of everything was almost $1800 alone.

I would sell if people were willing to pay for shipping but I would have to get all the parts price together depending on what you want. I could do it cheaper then most because I work at toyota so I get 35% off all parts

Nah can't be that. My coils aren't preloaded. Most people run them with the eibach coils designed with them.

They sure as hell weren't doing much. But they still got me there and back. I still drove on them though. Considering the life they went through on my truck. I was impressed. Never gonna run them again..but they still worked.

And my point still stands earlier that you have no experience with them other then my truck. So what..not even 10 mins behind the wheel.

And need I remind you that 5100s saved your ass last year too :p

I'm not denying OME is better. Did you rear the rest of my post? Probably not..

You can't compare how a front spacer lift rides compared to the rear of your truck...totally different parts of the truck and completely different setups.

Do I have to draw this out for you Mr Engineer? Some graphs too?
