actually that ^ seems like a pretty nice snorkel design, even has a drip leg to catch water. (i would have used a 45 at the top instead of the offset closet flange though)

Im about to pull the trigger on like 30 cans of spray paint/primer/varnish to re paint my truck. Will be matte dark green w/ matte black trim (door handles, mirrors, grille, etc)

too expensive/too many imperfections on the paint as is.

I'm about to paint it for like 300$ worth of quality spray paint/sand paper/bondo.

I've done it once before and i feel like i have a pretty decent plan of attack.. just time consuming.

I guess I've never really looked into wraps and don't exactly know how much they cost, my buddy told me they weren't cheap so i just never looked into it.

I believe it is pretty pricey as well.. I also looked into plasti dip and it would run me about 500+ to do it right... for something that can peel off... i don't think so

Tip: if your rubber line doesn't want to go over the union or the filter, spray a little brake cleaner inside the hose first. It'll make it slip right on.

That pretty much sums up my situation. Now since you're looking to sell your truck soon and have no need for your trail gear bumper...

I'm going to sell my Hilux model if you're interested. I know it's not the ARB, but a lot cheaper. I can bring it to the BAMF mod day if you want to check it out.

Yea just did a quick search and it seems like wraps and like 1000+.

That's a lot of spray cans/gallons of plastidip, you sure it would even cost 500? You wouldn't need primer, varnish, sand paper, or bondo etc..
