    That was the easy part. I pulled his laptop so quick of the dock and killed WiFi and said your files are gone, Here is a loaner.

    I've never seen this many files effected in such a short time. Good thing we have snapshots 4 times a day. One happend 1 hour before he logged in.

    I'm waiting patiently so I can file my taxes, but the government messed up some forms I need to file. As soon as I file, it's backed up and stored away safely.
