    No complaints really. They send them with a sheet that helps the shop that does the alignment. I always had a reliable tech to do mine but I've heard people having trouble.

    If you spend a little more you can go with a uniball style that could possibly give you more droop depending on what other components you have. I know that some has had issues with them coming apart at the weld but I never had any issues.

    I'll be going with extended length icons. Does lr make a uniball style? I know I've seen others than run about a grand but not wanting to spend that much.

    No, LR only makes ball joint uppers.
    The only uppers that are a grand are the heimed uppers. You can get a set of Camburg or TC uppers for about $650

    I am running the LR UCAS with extended travel king coilovers. I wheel my truck quite a bit and have no clearance issues. Just fyi

    The Icons run $750 at wheeler's.

    Add the covers for $40 and you're close to $800.

    I love mine and well worth it in my opinion, especially having the cover for the top cup.

    Don't know how they compare to LR, Camburg and the other but way better than stock.

    Why pay more for the same thing? The icon covers are...aesthetic. Uniballs pit and rust on the bottom side, not the top. And when (not if) you replace the uniballs, be prepared to spend 2x as much money because they are a custom size. FK stainless uniball replacements for Burg or TC are like $35 each. Snap rings are another $2. Where the icon uniball rebuild kit is $150. It's your money.

    If you have a link for $35 replacement uniballs that would be amazing. Mine have pitted and rusted and squeak non stop.

    Don't know about being aesthetic. I got tired of cleaning sand out of the top after every offroad adventure. Didn't buy them for that reason as the covers weren't available then but glad they offer them now.

    Other than the low profile different sized uniball, not much difference.

    Rust isn't a problem where I live. Sand is. Something as simple as a neoprene booty for the TC and Camburg UCAs would work for what I need it for just as well but I've already got what I got.
