    Thoughts along these lines:

    2.5 BS will push the tires out enough to easily clear the 13.5 width and keep them off the frame too... Not wanting to spend nearly $500 on another set of wheels but I think I'd feel better with them rather than 1.5" spacers...:notsure:

    I have come to really like my current wheels even though they are alloy vs. the pro comp steel.
    The steel ones can be trail repaired with a BFH though...

    Cooper stt set of 5 shipped for $1660 and good reviews from others experienced with them. Vs. +$2000 for the heavier Nitto mud terrain

    Trying to get a tire I can off road well with and also drive cross country without not being able to hear myself think!

    I've got a solution in mind for the flares covering the tires - there's another complete set of bushwhackers sitting here unmolesed that I have to work with.

    Things that make you go Hmmmm...

    Because it's there? I figured if I'm going bigger I may as well go wider too. As is w/ 35's I'm hitting the frame a bit - with the added BS it will leave plenty of room for wider.
