HAhaa! Yeah that's a good "break". I can't take that long, I've got to get this done for a Moab trip in May!

For the main frame and hitch portions, I used a friends Lincoln WeldPak140 MIG.
For the non structural pieces and sides, I used my little Lincoln WeldPak 100 MIG. It really struggles to weld 3/16" thickness, even with prep work.

Rear bumper installed. Looks great, now to get the exhaust redone (needed anyway) and complete the swing out.

Anytime brother! Buy me a beer and some Motrin, we'll call it even.
Took about 14 of those rivets to figure out the fastest way. Last two were cake! Lol!

We get almost done and Gravy says "I took my bumper off to do that...."
It would have only been easier on 4 of them and only marginally.

Will not be making Big Dogs event... Bad timing.
That's getting re-done on Wednesday. Got to cut a hole in the bumper side tonight for them route the exhaust tip... Its going to be PIMP! .....as long as they do it correctly.....
