    I agree, should have been done this way from the get go. Also, Toyota should have used the original blinker location for a fog light location.

    what size hole did you make in the housings? I had been looking for something like this before I got the "push-in" 1157 ones.

    just use a normal wire tap, no cutting required. then tape everything up or heat-shrink it

    7/8" maybe? I don't remember. I just took a little off at a time until the plug fit tight in there.

    Grey wire mod, 3 inch level/lift kit from Truxx, 3 inch body lift, 285-70-17 (33's) on pro comp xtremes, custom rear tube bumper, cold air intake by Spectra, corner turn signal mod/ fog light where old turn signals were, hid headlights by vvme, smoke headlights and taillights by spyder, flow master muffler, tinted windows, red led turn signals and brake lights, brushguard and taillight guards yet to put on, MORE TO COME: relocate rear diff breather, black front bumper filler, shackles on front end, IF ANYONE HAS ANYMORE IDEAS PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
    I don't think I seen this way on here!

    I just simply cut my wires going to the actual turn signals and parking lights, added about a 8 inch piece of wire to each parking light wire and ran to the old turn signals and then finally ran the turn signal wire to the pig tails of the parking light bulbs! ( just flipped/flopped the wiring) No dermal tool or epoxy. Just a few cuts,4 pieces of wire and some wire connectors!

    Easy to do and now I have my fogs on the bottom and blinkers beside my headlights

    Yeah, a few on here have done that. But for those that get an aftermarket bumper and would like to keep both running lights and blinkers this is another option.

    Followed this write up to do my blinker relocate today, super easy and only took a few minutes.
    Now if I could find a write up for installing a relentless plate bumper.

    Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm still curious about how this works and would like to get it done tonight. Did everyone just move the blinker bulb to the corner housing, then continue to keep the running bulb in the corner housing as well? How does this look at night with the running lights on and blinker going? I'm considering moving the running lights behind the grill and changing to LED, similar to what 552Jrider did on his build.

    That's the way I did it, blinker is in the lower corner of the housing and the running light is in the factory spot.
    I'll get some pictures for you tonight.
