Where are you at in the world. I have a set off of my 2003 Double Cab 4x4. They have 75,000 easy miles on them. Never wheeled or overloaded. They do still have the remnants of the front mount bolts stuck in the though, I'm sure that you could extract them.

New Pioneer stereo, and all 4 speakers with Infinity components. Sirius satellite radio. Deckplate mod done. Door buzzer silenced forever thank God, tinted windows, vent visors, hood protector(bug guard), ceramic pads and new rotors, dechromed EVERYTHING. 2" Lift front 3" rear. Skyjacker AAL's and replacement leafs(and front spacers) from Fatbobsgarage.com. Skyjacker 7000 Hydro rear shocks, those Bilstein 5100 fronts are coming soon!
I think if you get a set of used ones, you will have the same sag issue. I was going to do the same thing with my 2000 XC 4x4, but ended up replacing the bottom leaf in the leafpack with the clips attached(had a broken one) and adding the Skyjacker AAL to it, and my truck sits 37" from ground to middle top wheel well. It was at 32 inches... And it has a nice curved look back in the leafs, no more flat look. Total cost...$215. Well, I also had to put longer Skyjacker shocks on too...

What zip are you in? I'm in 95123. I will be replacing my leafs soon & don't know what to do with them. The only thing is, I have a dbl cab so I don't know if they are the same size as the xtra cab.

Just a thought. Ever considered to get your springs re-arched? Theres a shop in my area thats does this for as little as $2 a leaf. Could end up saving you some big $$$.

    My 2 cents :)

they basically bend your leafs back into shape. They can even bend them more for added lift if desired.

UPS ground delivered my new springs. UPS or FedEx will handle up to 130 pounds per piece, I think.

My leaf springs on my 95 Tacoma broke on both sides of my truck. Locally here there is a spring place that made me 4 leaf packs for both sides. This was years ago and if I remember right, They cost about $300 for both sets. At the time, I was living in Orlando, Florida. The freight charge to ship those from West Virginia to Orlando, Fl. was only $50. I can't remember who the carrier was but shop around for your best deal. If you plan on keeping your truck I would buy new ones. If your interested, I can track down the spring manufacturer here and e-mail you their number, just PM me.

Good deal, I hope that it works out for you. You can try an add-a-leaf as well.
