One thing I miss about my Para FAL, besides how loud it was, I could adjust the gas until my brass was hitting people a bench or two down.

Thats why whenever I go to the range i invite my dad along. Ill walk and change the targets while he watches our stuff. If he isnt there ill ask the RO to watch it for me. To easy for someone to walk off with a rifle.

Especially with a suppressor on ive noticed more people eyeing my guns, most just going what is that, but it definitely brings attention to me.

I always set up right in front of the office. If I had friends or family around, I'd take 'em. I try to shoot mostly at our farm, but it's about an hour away. The range is about 10 minutes away

A company called Polycase Ammo sells them. We found out from informal testing that the bullets shaped as theirs are are best kept to short ranges. We had some rounds keyhole and some reports of drifting to the left badly at longer ranges. Mine were under-sized and so were others.

We are testing a new bullet now called the X-Fire. Solid copper, 220 grains with petals ready to open up. Made one at a time via CNC machine, these we can push to around 2000 FPS.

God rest his soul, my old shooting buddy/partner had an issue with magazines. He could not leave them alone no matter whose they were. We both had PSL's and those mags are numbered on the bottom with serial numbers. I never paid much attention to them but I noticed some of my mags looked a little different and the numbers just did not look familiar to me. So I wrote the numbers down I had and the next time we went shooting I had mine on the shooting table laid out empty. I took off walking over to the firing spot we were at and then I forgot something and turned around and caught him red handed going over my mags. I went back to the table and whooped out that piece of paper with my serial numbers on it and I had a different magazine now than before. He noticed the paper and asked what I was doing. I told him I think we are getting our mags mixed up so I wrote my numbers down to keep up with them. BTW, you got this number mag? From then on we ALL marked our magazines to keep what we had. Over the years I mysteriously had a Jennings 22 magazine and a Beretta 25 ACP magazine just vanish. I wonder what happened to them.....

I've had a friend leave a mag on his bumper before. I stepped away while he left, and when I came out to the parking lot to leave found his mag on the ground.

I've moved so much that I have mags stashed in boxes everywhere. I don't even know what I have anymore.

It's sad what people are like this day and age. When heading down range to hang/pull targets I always pull the bolt and mag and carry both with me down range. Also the range I shoot at (in the middle of the woods) has no club owner or supervisor present. When other people are there I openly display my glock on my side in hopes it lessens someone earge to steal.

They are made by a company out of Merritt Island Fl called Oath Ammo they are a 163 grain 1100 FPS…..

This one round was shot into 2 one gallon jugs back to back and it went through the first jug but did not penetrate the 2nd jug but there was an indent mark on the 2nd jug…

The 1st jug was completely blown into about 30 pieces….

Well, shit I just noticed that their website is down but they have a Facebook page that has some further info….

The guy gave me 3 boxes to test for free when I was back home November and I have not been unhappy with the results….

Its the same for me. The range i normally go to is ~30 minutes away and only goes to 200 yards. Its only ~15 minutes for my dad though. The RO usually ends up down at the pistol range which is on the other end of the range since normally theres some new people he ends up helping out.

The other "range" i go to is just public land but i can find pretty much any range to shoot at i want. Longest i know confirmed is 1200 yards but i know there is longer...just havent actually distanced it since i dont have naything to shoot that range right now. Only problem is its ~1.5 hour away

ARs are restricted. I have a restricted license. Prohibited firearms are the ones you can't get. real 30 round mag. But they have a rivet to block them to 5 rounds. Most mags are full mags. Just pinned. Because no one in canada can remove a standard aluminum rivet.
