(SOLD)4 Bilstein 5100's, OME885s, 2" Toytec AAL rear, 3" total lift, 285/70/R17 BFG MTX on stock rims, AIRAID cold air intake w/ secondary filter removed, CB radio w/ firestik shorty antenna, custom bumper and sliders from those guys rod and customs, URD stage 3 competition clutch, Tom Woods one piece double cardan drive shaft, and URD short throw shifter.
I just got my 4 5100s from Downsouth Motorsports and my 2" AAL and 886 springs with 1" top plate spacers from Toytec in today. Only took 4 days to get here. I am going to get rid of my Revtec (gonna keep the diff drop) this weekend and put this on. I will post pics when it is done and will also tell you how the ride is. Any suggestions on things to do or not do when putting it on? Also I am confused if I want a full 3" lift in the front and rear with this setup what setting do the 5100s need to be on?

Awesome man, can't wait to see it finished. About the 3" in the front you would need to adjust them, i think by doing it manually but i think they get up to 2.5" in the front.

wow, you like a rough ride dont you! 886s AND a top plate spacer, hope you have an extre 200# in the front...

from what i have heard, you dont want to go past the 0.85 setting on the 5100s w/ the OME coils. dont know if it matters that your adding a top plate spacer or not?

but again, got downtravel! let us know how harse the ride is!

I siad it on another post a while back but the reason I have 886s and not 885s is because my buddy is making me a tube/ sheet metal bumper for the front.

I only want 3" of lift. Which gives me enough to fit my 285/70R17 BFG MTXs without cutting. Your right tho, until he finishes my bumper it is gonna be rough up front.

with the 5100's, be sure that you keep them on the bottom/stock setting....as you cant preload those coils.

So Toytec sent me 885 coils instead of 886 coils...o well. I will put the 885s on for now and change them out later on.

Putting extra compression on them via a spacer or threaded adjuster on the shock body.

Ok so do I need to take the coils and 5100 in to a shop and have them assemble it on the front? I would assume so. Remember that I have never done this before so you gotta break it down barney style.

So...what do all the people with the Billys set up at 2.5 do? What do they use for front coils?
