What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

I washed my 3rd gen runner.

Got my front suspension to do this:

 

Wash, clay bar, polish, wax, smooth as a babies behind.

 

I need to do that

 

Where the hell can we find those badges online? I still need some.

 

If I knew I could get mine off damage free, you could have them.

Any ideas on how to get them off damage free, I am all ears.

 

IIRC, you use a heat gun/hair dryer to soften the adhesive and use some fishing line or welding wire to slide under the badge. The rest is goo-gone and elbow grease.

Got a lot accomplished today.

After a hundred trips to the hardware store, finally got my skids on:




Also repainted my armor, cleaned out the junk from in the cab, and installed my new CB. I can actually hear people now. Tried doing a radio check and someone started playing "Peanut butter jelly" so I'll have to see if it actually works later lol

Also rotated and balanced my tires yesterday and changed the oil.

 

Those headlights look so much better than your old ones

Just wait until the end of July when it's 110 and sunny out... and literally just peel it off the truck.

That's what I did with mine.

Damage free. Then I threw them out.
