LOL!I'm thrilled with the overall quality of my Tacoma!Mine is a 2012 though.Disagree with what they had to say!I did not read anything on the write up's of the cars.

 

I'm thrilled with the ride compared to my earlier Gen 1

 

Consumer reports on cars is complete BS if everyone cared about ride and handling of a truck then the Chevy would have overtaken the Tacoma in sales. Reliability is what I mostly consider when buying a vehicle.

 

Did they actually drive one or what ? I love mine. Do they expect it to ride like a car ?
Rear seat ? Did they do a access cab like mine or a actual four door with rear seats ?

 

and notice how most of these cars on the list are the top sellers for that manufacture/segment class

 

To me it looks like a bunch of clown cars and a tacoma

 

Maybe cuz Toyota selling same truck for 10 years with no improvement.

 

Obviously the reviewer has an agenda and his HUA....
I just did a quick 250 RT trip yesterday AM and found my '15 Taco TRD Sport to be very comfortable and responsive. Fits my needs fine.....

 

The cars they complained about were mostly low end rides no wonder they found them noisy and slow dumb complaints.

 

Why change something that continues to sell very well and holds its value better than any other car/ truck. Change isnt always good.

 

So, they like that it's capable as a truck, but don't like that it's... a truck.

 

Like most of these "reviews", I think they are comparing the Tacoma to an Escalade.

 

Best selling truck for a reason, they know what they are doing, sure they can improve. I will keep driving them!

 

Awesome...it "excels" in all the areas that I bought the truck to cover.

I think car people buying trucks have a bad experience because their truck turned out not to be a 40mpg commuter car...or a 7 series.

 

Took my mother-in-law (she drives a Caddy SRX) to the airport last week and she complimented me on the way the truck rode, especially on these horrible roads here in Chicago. She's usually a huge complainer when it comes to ride quality of vehicles. The Tacoma passed her test.
