That food truck looks like a fun experience DeeKay21. Serving in a cup is also a great idea for take out food.

So I did make my pasties this weekend. Made them yesterday and had some family over. TON'S of work cutting and chopping and beef prices kill me every time I buy it. In the end SOOOO worth it.

ING is ingredients in the bowl after the first 8 had been filled
Uncooked is 3 of them filled

I don't have one after they are cooked right now (everyone was super hungry so had to serve) BUT I have 2 in the fridge right now will be eating 1 for lunch or dinner tonight so I will try and snap a pic when we eat them. Now as for eating 1/2 was just plain and the other half I went the ketchup route (yes I am one of those :) )
