I'm looking to do some upgrades, with about 10k to spend. While I have a pretty good idea of what I'm getting, I thought it would be fun to see what everyone else would do with a shopping spree?

I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything or any vendors out there carrying cool stuff that I haven't seen yet.

Lets try to stick to the following:

    - Front suspension
    - Rear suspension
    - Armor
    - Wheel/tire combo
    - Miscellaneous

What would you do??? Anything I can't live without?

being a 4 banger I think I'd blow it on a urd supercharger, header, free flowing exhaust and maybe some monster stickers

But for you that's irrelevant soooo armor and s/c

I could be wrong but I don't think URD has the right ECU for 2012+ tacomas to put boost on the motors.

If I were you I would get icon suspension all around, sliders, front and rear bumpers and if you have any left over new tires and rims or a canopy.

Aluminum bumpers in front with a high clearance in the rear, and a tire carrier, id buy the matching wheel and tire. then a whole new suspension, going for 3 to 4 inches of lift

Put the money on my mortgage....oh wait, that's me acting my age.

I'd dream about a SC and/or better wheel/rubber combo. Or maybe a Wheel/tire combo and a new hunting rifle?

All you guys wanting to just go blow $$$ make me laugh. It's because you'll all be working till a day before you die and I'll be retired and happy long before that. Do yourself a favor and either bank the $$$ or pay down debt. Spending that kind of coin on a truck after you already bought it is kind of silly IMO.

Tell you what though... for any of you guys that are simply just looking at wasting $$$, send it to me and I'll take care of it for you LOL

Maybe it's me but I doubt most would save it. I've seen way too many cases of stupid people doing stupid things. And this would easily fall into that category. As for the OP doing well financially, nobody knows. But I think virtually everyone can agree that no matter how much $$$ you have, you can always stand to have more of it.

You are right most wouldnt save it and thats the problem with this country., There are so many boring but important adult things to check off (emergency savings, retirement accounts, kids 529 plans, pre pay mortgage, etc) that he must be WELL off to drop 10K. I mean if you dont have that sh*t in order dropping 10K is nutty.

That being said, hope he posts some pics after he spends the dough.

Disclaimer... My truck is paid for by sponsors, so I am required to make it look badass. I'm not wasting money, I'm investing it in something that makes me money.

That said, I have been thinking about going with the Allpro LT Kit with the Fox shocks. About how much lift will I get here????
