    Honestly...I'm not sure of the thickness. However I will say it is quite thick. We drill with a small pilot hole to install the screws and it takes quite a bit of muscle to get the screws in all the way.

    Now this is customer service!!! I think it only took two or three days to get to me after ordering.

    I have to bump down in arm size for both the phone and tablet, went with a medium and a long instead of a small and a medium. The product is freaking awesome! Went with the xtreme-duty model and it is rock solid. Only took one beer long to get through the install and involved no swearing. Thanks guys!!!

    YES INDEED! Max...the "Dawg" of BirdDawg Industries and co-developer of the Tech Deck has a VERY NICE HAM radio face mounted on his. I'll get a photo of it and post it! He fabbed up a little L-bracket for it...and it looks AWSOME...and is in perfect position to be right at hand!

    We did run out of stock...and we thought we wrote to everybody to ask them if a delay was O.K., or if they wanted a refund. We may have missed your brother on those notifications. If so, really sorry for that oversight.

    GOOD NEWS is that ALL ORDERS WERE SHIPPED YESTERDAY. We have plenty of new stock on hand so all future orders will go out same or next day depending on time of day order is received. As always we ship 1-3 day priority USPS mail.

    It sucked for us making our customers wait for their order....but probably more for them. Glad we back on top of inventory!
