I know this is like telling a kid to not eat all his Halloween candy in one night but I wouldn't take pre daily.

I've used bullnox, it's for my days where I need a little extra than my typical C4. I feel bullnox is a tamer mr hyde. I like it. I only take pre twice a week though and I do not consume anything with caffeine in it other than pre. Tuesday deadlift session I do 1 skewpz C4 and same with leg day on friday. When I know I will be maxing I'll hit bullnox.

I'm finally incorporating Cardio into my workout routine.

I did 20 mins on the treadmill & 10 mins on the stair master
Then I did Quad Extensions & Leg Press

An odd thing was, when I came off the treadmill...I had an equilibrium issue for a bit. Like being on a boat for a while and not having your sea legs yet. Has anyone experienced that before?

I get that after running a lot of stairs or doing a lot on the rowers

    My tolerance isn't high either.

It doesn't make me jittery, which is a plus. Get a little bit of the beta alanine itch a few minutes after I drink it, which I kinda like. I seem to focus better with it when I take it, but as far as energy goes, I don't really see much difference. It hasn't given me that "MUST LIFT EVERYTHING!" Feeling.

It's better than C4 for me, because C4 doesn't do shit for me. Lol. You may love it, hell if I know.

Yeah, 1 scoop of C4 doesn't do shit for me. Assault is my favorite. I'll find out tomorrow how ON's is for me!

Also, I like the beta aniline itch, too, but not too much of it. I took 2 scoops of Assault once and thought I was going to die from all the itchiness

    You guys tried pre-jym?

I've heard almost no good things about c4...how is it so highly rated?

Goddamn, sack is that your "go go juice"?

speaking of go go juice, never take 2 scoop of C4 and do a 30 min hiit session, you will sweat to death.

C4 is such a hit and miss with everybody. Flavors are fucking great and if you don't drink gallons of caffeine daily like most 'Mericans it works.

I had pre-jym before bullnox. I liked it, but $35 for 20 servings is a bit much for me. I like bullnox better and it's a lot cheaper.

I've heard lots of good things about Pre-Jym. C4 is a joke....but it does taste good; it must work for a lot of people because it's always a top pick on bb.com.....maybe folks are just attracted to the packaging like MusclePharm

I got a little carried away Sunday. I started out with just my pre-workout in the cart and it said I was only $45 from a free gift, so I put in a few bb.com shirts and selected my free shirt....then it said I was only $25 away from ANOTHER free gift, so I added some Orange Triad multi's so I could get my free water bottle lol. So total, I got 5 shirts, a water bottle, ON Platinum-Pre, a 270-count bottle of multis and 2 60-count bottles of multis for $100.

I needed some new shirts anyway lol

Most days, I do 1 cup of coffee per day and I only use a pre-workout 1-2 times a week, so my caffeine tolerance is average, I guess :notsure:

Although today, I've maxed out my caffeine intake. I woke up at 5am and am probably going to be at work until 11pm or so and I've had 3 cups of coffee today and I'm still dragging ass....the bad thing is I'm doing absolutely nothing, but I have to be here :frusty:

EDIT: make that 4 cups :anonymous:

I don't drink caffeine. It's water or milk all day every day. And C4 never did anything for me. I don't know.

I've been hearing a lot of good things about a lot of the Jym products lately. Got a buddy that switched to the Jym protein and he loves it. It's a blend instead of straight whey.

I'll never cheat on ON whey again, but I'm always open to new pre-workouts.

Who here takes a multi? I've never been 100% fully convinced, but it's more of a 'safe-than-sorry' approach. I know a lot of folks say most of them get pissed out, that they don't break down, etc., but, given how cheap they are, I don't mind taking them. I've been on Orange Triad for a few months now; everything I've read says they're the best out there...even better than AnimalPak (OT offers digestive and joint aid, is cheaper, and isn't as many pills). I've also read that bodybuilders need more in terms of micronutrients, compared to normal folks, so multi makes sure you get that. Thoughts?

Sorry guys, I'm bored as fuq at work and need entertainment.

I've got the Opti-Men multi. I haven't taken em in a while though.

I've taken those, too. It's kinda hard to compare and contrast multi's lol. Where's our favorite gym/lab rat to enlighten us on all this???

I usually work animal paks into my rotation....figure it covers all my micros in one swoop

    expensive though

and they have some side effects...

    like your piss is radioactive

and my asian ninja sweat, which is usually completely silent and non-smelly, turns into normal-guy-BO
