    I find it hard to believe that plasma's are kept upright during assembly, storage, transport and delivery. The box's are very tall and skinny and will tip over pretty easily.

    Regardless, I didn't like the picture quality of plasma's and went with LCD.


    It also started to rain on my way home. I pulled over and laid out the tonneau cover. I used bungee's to keep the end from flapping around - attached them to the bumper. I drove home going 40mph on a 65mph highway with my flashers on.

    Got it all set up and LOVE this TV!

    they are transported upright I have unloaded the flats off of semis many a times. They are tied together so they dont tip over

    I'm just mentioning the requirements that I know. I worked in an electronics store for 4+ years and they are kept upright because lying them down causes delaminating. If not keeping them upright happened all throughout the process there would be more returns of product.
