The age old question.. For a uniball UCA, which is better? Who squeaks and who doesn't? How often do you need to service the uniball? Sound off below if you have either, and tell me about your experience! Thanks!

TC UCAs here, on my 3rd set of uniballs and same set of bushings as when I got them. They squeak if you use them, but the squeak will go away if you maintenance them. If you live somewhere with salty road or near the ocean (like me) the uniballs will start to pit and eventually you will get a loud creaking noise when you turn left and right, the only fix is to replace the uniballs with new ones. If you don't think you will wheel it hard enough and you can do without the extra travel with the uniballs vs ball joints, get some aftermarket UCAs with ball joints. Less maintenance for just about the same performance. Good luck.

I plan to wheel, but nothing too extraordinary. I live in Phoenix Arizona so I don't think the salt would be an issue. Would the uniballs have a long life span here?

I'm not sure, maybe someone from AZ will chime in and give you insight. The swap isn't really bad and new uniballs were $85 shipped IIRC.
