    I just smogged a 90 toyota truck yesterday. All pre ODBII cars still have to pass the particulate test(sniffer). 1976-1995.

    Anyone know any awesome shops that can powder coat plate bumpers around SF or Peninsula? I know BAMF can do it and I'm going to be contacting Jerry. Some fucker in a prius rear ended my parked truck.. Not worried at all, his car is damn near totaled and my bumper has a couple tiny scratches LOL! Might as well file a claim and get it fixed though.
