Hello I notice that my truck shift a little hard like a thump bump feeling on 1st 10mph or so and 2nd shift 25mph especially with the ac on all other shifts as nice an smooth. As I drive more the shifting feels more normal. Tranny fluid is good to go and level is also good. Any ideas guys truck is 4wd. I was thinking about changing the diff fluids as well.

how long have you replace your clutch?
If your clutch is low (close to worn-out) you will have to force
the shifter for 1st gear and reverse gear.
other thing is your master clutch cylinder is malfunction
Not working properly due to old fluid trap in your reservoir
or dirt trap in your clutch system.
first thing is try to bleed the old fluid out the system pour in new fluid and bleed all air out.
2nd look for leakage check master clutch cylinder rod where
connect to the pedal. Any moisture is a sign of bad
the unit need to be replaced.
    3rd clutch need replacement.

Shifter bushing causes hard shifting issues with manual transmissions. Pull the shifter and check the bushing. Marlin Crawler sells a upgraded bushing.
