It seems like the clicker mechanisms are limited tho. I am fairly certain that they can only adjust one of the two main aspects of the shock function.

Correct me if I am wrong but those '20 clicks' only adjust compression rates and do nothing for rebound.

 

Correct. They slow the flow of oil to the resi. Which also increases the heat the shock sees because less goes to the resi.

Why no one with long travel rigs run them. But for mid travel and the occasional spirited bounding. They are fine. For what you do they would be.

I would think 20 clicks for just compression is a bit overkill. A much more useful tool would be 10 clicks for compression adjustment and 10 clicks for rebound adjustment as separate, distinct adjustments.

 

Landed the toad gig! It was close but one other person had slightly more of the experience they were looking for. They ended up deciding to hire two people. I will be doing 75% of my work in the field .

I'll be able to make lander trips pretty easily. Big horns, not so much but that's ok. I need to spend some time in snowy anyways . Go get rich panning for gold

Closer then ID last year. Or CO the year before. I'm not scared to take Frank to far away places..lol going super far this year.

The big trips are a bit different. The only reason I didn't do it last year is because it would have been back to back. Lots of gas $$ and miles on the MTR's to run the same trails.

If you have dates set in stone then I can try to get some time off. I will likely not join in on any weekend trips in the big horns just because that would be pretty far for a weekend trip. Lander I could do. That's 3 hours I think so I could leave friday after work and meet you guys at camp.

I'll probably try and hang out with the CO crew a bit more this summer.

 

Yea we have dates set. Have for a while. I asked you earlier if you could do it and you weren't sure. Pm me if your really interested.

Lander is about 4 I think from Laramie. But you have no excuses cause it's 4 hours for me and it'll be 6 for Josh if he comes...and he better. Haha

 

Congrats! Will you be working out at Red Buttes as well?

 

I doubt I will be able to do that one just because of Canada and such. I have the dates written down some where.
