I have a question for you access cab guys that are lifted. What are you running and what did you get for lift out of it? I'm looking to get an OME lift and trying to decide whay spring to get.

 

You gonna get a bumper and winch?

 

Thinking about getting an aluminum bumper and maybe a winch. I've been through the OME thread, also started talking with someone from Headstrong and Wheelers. Just seeing how confused I can get myself. lol

 

Get the regular OME

 

885 or 887 depending on how much lift you want

 

Aluminium rear bumper. Just needs some recovery points, holes for lights and finish welds. Crappy photo at night.

 

885 will get me to 2.5" and the 887 will get me to 3", then both of them settle after adding weight. Correct?

 

You might get a bit more on an AC prior to the bumper , 885's gave me 2 1/2" on my DCLB 4x4

It was pretty ridiculous. I have components in all four doors and changed the head unit to a kenwood kiv701

 

Right now I have 1"tweets and 6x9 Rockfords in the doors, 2 MTX 12's behind me, and 2 amps..Megaloud 200 and Jensen 600.

You def gotta get that in the Tundra, too nice to be sitting. What's the output on the amp..and I wonder if it can push a pair of 12s haha

 

No, not time sensitive, at least i hope not... I ordered a kit from Blackstone but am not going to rush it. I have the oil in my garage that I'll send them to test.

I hate shops like that. I would have taken the whole lamp out and brought it back. Assholes. Every time i get an inspection, i have to remember to unplug the switches to the off road lights. I did get asked about them once and i did my best to keep a straight face and told him they were just for decoration.

 

That's exactly what I argued, that their auxiliary lights but nooooo! This was a pain in the ass--had to remove the headlight housing to reach the fog light location--which required undoing half the friggin bummer.
