Right? He actually just dropped the dumbbells a couple minutes before that because he couldn't hold them up.

At the gym tonight..2 guys doing incline were using like half the damn plates in the chest area. Had to scavenge up some that were sitting on racks attached to machines. I don't get annoyed often, but why do you need to be that precise, changing the plates every set with little plates, just use a few larger ones lol gotdang

Slight change of topic back to a prior discussed topic,
I just wanted to let you guys know that i have tried just about every single BCAA out there,
I worked for a supplement store and had full access to just about everything.

The USP labs Modern BCAA is to date my Favourite by far,
I mean the stuff appears more expensive but its a 8:1 leucine and has 30 servings of 15g
Most Bcaa companies dose them at like 5g 30 servings.

I use this 15g intra work out and 5g with my pre work out and i can tell you my recovery is fantastic. Without it my weekly production is literally 1/2 the load :(

Do yourself a fav and check it out, and no i get nothing from this, i haven't even review it on BB.com lol.

saw a guy yesterday with 205 on the bar so 250 total. Was holding the bar while hunched over and using his back to swing his arms up a few inches to do curls. I wanted to record it so bad but he was to close to me and kept staring at himself in the mirror. I just looked at him and shook my head.

^^^this. Especially if you're eating every few hours and super-especially if you're bulking. I jumped on the BCAA bandwagon and tried Scivation Xtend, but it's a complete waste of money. BCAA's may have some benefits if you're training fasted (first thing in the morning before you eat), but that's about it.

I tend to do some pretty good exhalations...exhales...? - I release air somewhat violently at times, lol. I think it kind of depends on the gym you're at. At mine it is kinda funny when someone screams and yells just because it almost never happens so it looks like the dudes are trying to get attention. Doesn't really bother me though. It does help sometimes I think like for a max or something but if you yell for 10 straight reps it just looks like a cry for attention IMO. ...maybe I am not working hard enough! haha

I only grunt when maxing out or close to it....and it's not even a grunt, it's more of an extreme release of air...not loud at all. I do breathe louder on my last few reps of every set I do, but it's nothing anyone past 10-15' can hear. We've got a few guys that grunt on every rep of every set though....I think they just want folks to look at them

It's best to be the gym ninja. Go to the gym, have your headphones on, workout hard & keep to yourself, no loud noises(this includes grunting & slamming/dropping of weights), and leave.
