I was going over a bump, and when I did, something rattled in my 2014 Tacoma, and the touch screen radio went white, music went out, navigation shut out and Bluetooth turned off. I went over a set of railroad tracks and the bump caused the radio to come back on only to flicker off again. Any reason why?

    Maybe it was the bumps?

Would adding physical accessories such as sidesteps or a trailer hitch receiver void the warranty?wgvzt0_441d2693c9bfe5e76e5333cad75f3a2d7e088337.jpg
When I went over the bump I heard a thud and then the radio screen went white, and occasionally comes back to the home screen. Music will play at times, but couldn't hear anything on the way home, nor could I change songs or the volume.

Those additions would have no effect on the vehicle's warranty other than the specific parts of the vehicle affected by the additions. Such as if when you added trailer towing equipment that involved tapping into electrical circuits, anything you splice into that causes an electrical problem would be your problem rather than Toyota's.

Take it in. That is definitely an electrical issue (most likely loose wiring somewhere in the dash).

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
There have been quite a few failures posted with the entune radios, not surprised. The entune is not a great radio IMO.
