Are you wanting to achieve 4.75 inches of lift. You can't do it this way. You are in a PreRunner, so you can put on spindles in the front.

Thanks for the warm welcome. i already got the spacers and shocks, just wanted to know if i could do both and still align it properly before attempting it. I got em super cheap.
Why would i hate myself if you don't mind me asking. My brother has the same polyurethane spacers on his jeep and seems to do well.
I wanted to put shocks and spacers up front with blocks in rear along with body lift and call it good. Don't wanna go crazy or crazy big.
    Thoughts ?

It won't align. You'd need new(aftermarket) ucas and it works likely ride like crap.

Not really. Don't pair lift springs(coilovers, 5100, OME, etc..) with spacers. You shouldn't stack lifts on top of each other.

This^ I'm assuming the "lift shocks" you got are bilstein 5100s? I'm not even sure it would work trying to set the shocks to 1.75" and then stacking the spacer on top... That would definitely be a sketchy setup. Idk if u could even get alignment in with aftermarket UCAs

Alrighty no worries. That's why i wanted to ask these things. My brothers jeep has lift springs with spacers with no issues but every vehicle is different so i wanted to be sure.

It's a different suspension since I'm assuming it's got a skid front axle. Our trucks have IFS.

I got Rancho quickLIFTs . That's what i was worried about. Didn't figure it would have near enough adjustment for both.
