Hood latch is installed so hood closes nicely now! However I'm going to have to wait on the headlights as my grill has not shown up yet. I don't want to drill anything that I am not sure about until I have the grill to mock up the headlights.

Haha I know! I guess premature excitement!

Okay so headlights bolt up almost right into it but need a couple new holes for the side screws near the corner lights. However, PO got hit right before selling the truck and messed up more than I thought. Any way of going about this?

good side (black plastic piece next to bolt)

I marked the point now in a red circle. See what I am talking about? I'm not sure how to move the fender out

Haha I was thinking the same thing that's what it looked like.

Yeah, we'll see about that  I think I'll be pooped out on projects after this one for awhile haha

No. Just had to get under there to straighten it out. My fender is wack and so is some of the support so I am trying to figure it out and thought it would be easiest to take that off

Quick question. Is the only difference between your year taco and the 01-04 the face? I seem to recall the 01-04's have bigger flares too, correct? if so you gonna change those too?

For the most part that's the main difference. I'm not too sure about the flares but no I wont change them because 01-04 have holes in the fenders for flares where we dont!

I think they look sick! I think it would be the same process as this one, cept with fenders. Just lining up some bolts and making new holes for others
