    No trail damage lately, or from LBL. Dropped the low clearance mod bumper for a TrailGear tube like Levi's. Adding plate to the corners and dual swing outs for spare and fuel cans, reverse lights/camera, etc...

    Looked at a LOT of options for the pins. Ends up I'm parting together my own using 1.75 DOM, bronze flange sleeve bushings, bronze thrust bearings, and 1 1/4-12x10 bolts. Having to make these due to my clearance issues with sourced bumper and tailgate. I'll try to get a pic later to give a little better insight but my pins will use part of the existing tube bumper as the lower sleeve. The bumper tube is 1 1/2 ID and my pin will slip fit into existing tube on the bumper.

    That should work well. I'm assuming you already knew the diameter of the tubing and what hardware you could use? I really just like the fact that you bought something that's done and you are modifying it. Haha I may have to talk about stealing it .....

    Saves me a buch of time this way, plus its a beef, affordable bumper that ebay shipped in a week (fo freeee!). As for the hardware, was planning it out while bumper shopping. Was going to use an off the self pin until I got it mounted and realized the tailgate clearance was too tight. Levi even warned me clearance was tight on his.
