so..............we have an older lady(who will fit in perfectly here in our condo community of old folks......checking their mailbox with walkers and oxygen tanks) who is interested in our condo. she looked at it once.....then a second time...with her daughter and son in law...........and now.next week, she's gonna look at it again with her son. dammit..................just buy the friggin place!! we need to offload it badly,as we close on the house we are buying on the 28th............so we need her to step up and buy it. damn this is a shitty process.

well....we are pretty sure she wants it........just the decision part and her bringing all the family over to look with her is making us too damn anxious.

on a way smaller scale, i had an old lady doing the same thing when i was selling an accord about 2 years ago. i told her the issues and she kept calling back asking about the same things and where to fix things and whats happening and just repetitive shit. i was gonna tell her the car was sold just to get her off my back, but she ended up sending her son down and he bought the car. it will work out in the end. if she wasnt interested, she wouldnt stop by so many damn times. good luck man

yeah............we are hoping she will buy. our realtor agent thinks she'll put an offer in the beginning of the week. we are ready to break even if thats what it takes to sell it. it pisses the wife off, but what are you gonna do....its a damned condo afterall.

round here....honestly,its about middle of the road as far as i can tell. people are gonna still get houses and such on a better level now than later........just the way the market still is. buyers market here still.....but coming back around to being a sellers market......maybe in a year or so.

She's gonna buy it Will, I can feel it all the way up here in damn yankee country :D
I saw this happen with my neighbors, the new soon to be owners were driving by all the time & they brought by their family as well....they kept turnng around in my driveway..she probably has to get the reassurance from her kin. My mom does that, asking me if I like what she is buying

If all else fails use Chris's idea.
