    You do have the freedom to say no. And the rest of the population has the right to criticize you for it. Is that the discrimination you're feeling? I don't mind discriminating against anyone whose morality is based on theology, and not on behaviour.

    Your country was established with the separation of church and state in mind. It is a flawed perspective to suggest that the U.S.A. is a Christian nation. To suggest that I need the ten commandments (which do not include rape and other heinous acts) to know right from wrong is entirely offensive.

    The op asked how we felt about the matter at hand.... I Responded and then get criticized for providing an example. I will take the benefit of the doubt though and say you didn't fully get the context. Lets say you are an African American man, and you own a t-shirt business. A white guy walks into your store and asks you to print "KKK" on some t-shirts. Your telling me that you wouldn't feel uncomfortable, and shouldn't have the right to deny them service?

    And this is where people are missing the point. If you do not allow business's that feel uncomfortable ( the cake bakery that said they didn't feel comfortable participating in a gay wedding, cause that said they would have condoned it by making the cake, which would be against there religion) to deny a service than in my example above you must also force the African American business owner to print KKK on t-shirts for a white man. Otherwise you are saying its okay to deny a service based on......... vs denying a service based on religion. I don't know about you guys but I'm pretty sure 99% of the world rather be told they were denied service because they are gay, then be told they wont be served because of there skin color. I'm not saying there is a solution to this problem by any means... but it seems everyone is against the business's right to protect there religious practices. No one is forcing anyone to practice a religion... but those who do wish to practice should be allowed to. Now we are all caught up with this "gay" community that got offended because a person does not want to go against there practicing religion. This becomes a huge deal, but yet we have Muslims declaring they want to annihilate us all, and Christians being executed in Kenya and yet nothing is being done....... That is all....I just couldn't help but respond because it seems when a few people disagree with the general census, people begin to antagonize/troll them. Peace

    religious pamphlets on the vehicles in my parking lot on base today. if that were athiest/agnostic/muslim/satanic materials, people would be shitting themselves. where's the war?

    i took it off my windshield and threw it in the trash...no biggie.


    but don't you supporters worry, churches and non-profit religious places are still allowed to discriminate at will legally.

    We do as well. I suspect in the future they may reconsider their child army going from door to door in specific parts of the world.

    That would probably do it. I usually pretend my big American Bulldog is ferocious, and hold him by the collar while he barks through the small opening I leave. It works, but they keep coming back.

    Since I believe you are all free to believe whatever you want, I want to make sure we cover all the discrimination topics and bring up taxes. I'm much more concerned that I'm paying taxes and 1/2 of you people are not. I think things like Religious Freedom laws just take up bandwidth for things that really matter. The republicans took my money and started a war. The democrats take my money, keep paying for the war, and then want me to pay for other stuff. Stop it all of you. Quit spending my money. Let's talk about things that really matter.
